I remember milk being delivered to our front door, and in glass bottles. I remember traveling from Eastern Washington to Seattle, snuggled in blankes and pillows in the back of our station wagon. Then, 2 years later, my folks bought a Cadillac and promptly had plastic seat covers installed.
